About Nuuri
We're building the Rightmove for nurseries. Nuuri is a B2B2C platform that helps parents find, connect with, and enrol in nurseries - digitally, efficiently, and without the usual chaos. We work with some of the UK's largest nursery groups centralising enquiries, tour bookings and waiting lists into a single workflow, reducing inbound admin while improving enquiry quality and conversion. We were recognised in the Startups100 2026 list by Sage and are shortlisted for Digital Startup of the Year 2026 by the UK Startup Awards - and we're just getting started.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to own our marketing end-to-end. You'll be our first marketing hire, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, with full ownership of strategy and execution across every channel. There's no playbook - just a huge opportunity to build something from scratch and grow with us.
What You Will Be Doing
Social media - own our channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and grow an engaged community of parents and nurseries
Paid marketing - plan, run, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive parent acquisition cost-effectively
Video & content - get in front of the camera, behind the camera, create short-form video content, and tell the Nuuri story in a way that resonates with our users
Email marketing - build parent nurture journeys, onboarding flows, and engagement campaigns
SEO & AEO - produce content that drives organic traffic and positions Nuuri as the go-to resource for UK parents navigating childcare.
Brand & analytics - track what matters, report to the CEO, and make data-driven decisions on where to invest time and budget
What We Are Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, in-house or agency (startup experience a bonus)
Proven ability to run paid social and/or PPC campaigns independently
Comfortable in front of a camera - authentic and willing matters more than polished
Strong copywriting skills - clear, warm, and written for real people
Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot
Canva-confident with a good eye for content and design
Data-driven mindset - comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and basic reporting
Genuinely energised by startup life and a love for AI and finding hacks!
What You Can Expect
